2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

3. Project Commitments

When creating a project:

• You agree to make a good faith effort to complete your project
• You understand that deposits are non-refundable if you fail to complete your project
• You agree to provide truthful progress updates

4. Platform Fees

We charge a 1% platform fee on all deposits. This fee is non-refundable regardless of project completion status.

5. Project Verification

We reserve the right to verify project completion through reasonable means before processing deposit returns.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to game or manipulate the system
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Harass or harm other users

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
